FMod
FMod is a commercial cross platform audio library by Firelight Technologies. It is written in C, and can be used in different programming languages like C, C++ and Delphi.
Fmod is free for non-commercial use and costs a license fee starting at 3000 USD for commercial uses (or 100 USD for games sold for 10 USD).
