irrKlang
irrKlang is a audio library for games which also supports 3D sound and runs on Windows, Linux and Mac OS. It is written in C++ and can also be used with all .NET languages like C# and VisualBasic.NET. irrKlang is developed by the company Ambiera and free for non-commercial use. Commercial licenses start at 65€ and end at 390€ (about 570 USD) for full priced games.
